Official Rockstar Biography
Rockstar Games describes Brian Heder as "a classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys." Looking like a weathered beachcomber who has survived decades of federal task forces and maritime interdictions, Brian continues to move illicit product through his waterfront business, Heder Boat Works & Marina, alongside his third wife, Lori.
Relationship with Jason Duval
Brian serves as one of the primary early-game anchors in the Leonida Keys:
- ◆Rent-Free Tenancy: Brian allows Jason Duval to live rent-free at one of his residential properties in the Keys.
- ◆Local Shakedowns: In exchange for housing, Jason assists Brian with local debt collection, intimidations, and shakedowns around the archipelago while Brian lets younger associates handle the physical risk of offshore transport.
